Hand-coloured aquatint on thick J. Whatman wove paper. ('J. Whatman' watermark visible under light, but could not make out the date).

Frame: 32 x 251/2 inches

Sheet size: 293/4 x 203/8   to 21 inches

Platemarks: 257/8 x 187/8 inches

Actual image (with letters): 235/8 x 175/8 inches

Print was removed to observe condition, dimensions, watermarks, etc. Old cedar backing was replaced with acid-free board.

Nicely matted with hand-drawn and hand-coloured borders. 19th century gilded frame showing minor wear. Back of print showing some foxing.
